Back Flow Installation Chula Vista, California

Blue Planet Drains and Plumbing was contacted by a landlord because the city of Chula Vista required a RP 1” back flow. Back flow preventers are a crucial part of any irrigation system. Without a back flow device installed, non-portable water can mix in with your clean water. We dug down on the outlet side of the meter box to main and installed a 1” watts lead law compliant regulator per code. We also installed an A 1” union on inlet and outlet of back flow. Blue Planet will also test back flow by a California state approved back flow tech costumer which would be tested once a year.
