The 20-year-old tank water heater was corroded, leaking, and not turning on. It was time for a new water heater. Supplied and installed a 40-gallon Bradford White water heater. We removed and disposed of the old heater. We brought up to code our new heater installation with new earthquake straps, new water shut off, new flex lines, new expansion tank, new gas shut off, new gas supply line, and new gas drip leg. The new water heater works great and has a 6-year warranty.
